1. The Applicant should be at least 18 years of age.

2. The Applicant should read and understand the Rules and regulations of the company.
   A distributor if free to perform independently . Therefore, a distributor of the company shall not claim as an employee or/and has any working relationship with the company. The company may suspend or terminate the distributor of any distributor for any violation of the company's rules and regulations.

3. All DD's to the company shall be in favour of Graceway Marketing Pvt. Ltd. payable at Ernakulam.

4. Once you become a distributor of the company the amount you remitted shall not be refundable at any cause.

5. Any distributor introducing two distributor will be eligible to receive pair Bonus. Every joining of 'C" will be neutralized for income generation.

6. No distributor has any rights over any territory.

7. The distributor should confirm that all information is correct properly entered. Any mistakes in sponsor of placement information cannot be rectified once bonus statement have been processed.

8. No other MLM's should be promoted inside presentations/office premises by the distributor,  it so, The company has the right to terminate his contract  immediately.

9. The terms and conditions here in and the policies and procedures, code of Ethics, Business opportunity and referred to above shall be governed by constructed and interpreted in accordance with Indian Law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Ernakulam.

10. The distributor shall not use the company network for marketing any products or schemes with are not officially carried by the company.

11. Trimming is applicable (if necessary).

12. Closing will be on every Monday midnight and payout will be released within next 10 days.

13. Product delivery charges if any extra.

14. Payout are taxable as per income Tax Act and commercial Tax Rules and it shall be deducted from bonus as per applicable rules.

15. Graceway Marketing Pvt Ltd. management reserves the complete rights to receipt any application without assigning any reasons to any one.

16. On the death of any member due to any accidental cause or due to any natural calamities, the rights of the member will be passed on to the rightful nominee as per the law.

17. The detailed marketing plan published by the company should be properly understood by the member the company reserves the right to modify the marketing plan and time with or without prior notice to the member.

The company will not be responsible for any cash transaction unless received and acknowledged by way of an official receipt at the company's head office only.
